WHAT HAPPENS NEXT AFTER PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE?
What happens next when I place my personalised ceramic order online?
Once your order has been received and full payment has cleared, we will hand paint your chosen order, glaze and fire and it and will normally be ready in 7-10 days, all items will be posted either via Royal Mail or our courier service depending on size and weight.
Please note a signature will be required.
Please double check all personalisation requirements, as this cannot be rectified once the pieces are fired.
