How long do I wait for my items to be ready if I have painted them myself?
They are normally ready around 7-10 working days, but we will send a text once your pieces are ready.
If I place an order for personalised ceramics in the studio, how long will I wait for my item/s to be ready?
They are normally ready 7-10 days, we will advise you of the collection date when you place the order.
What happens next when I place my personalised ceramic order online?
Once your order has been received and full payment has cleared, we will hand paint your chosen order, glaze and fire and it and will normally be ready in 7-10 days, all items will be posted either via Royal Mail or our courier service depending on size and weight. Please note a signature will be required. Please double check all personalised details, as once fired they cannot be changed.
What happens next when I place my silver jewellery order online?
Once your order has been received and full payment has cleared, we will send out an inkless kit for you to take a handprint, footprint or paw print, full instructions are in your kit. Once we have received your prints back, it normally takes about a 7-10 days to make your gorgeous silver, and then will be sent out Royal Mail signed for. Please double check all personalised details, as once fired they cannot be changed.
How can I pay?
We take cash, credit/debit cards in our studio, including American Express, or we can take payment over the phone, PayPal or bank transfer.
Do I need to come in to get the 3D castings done?
Yes, we cast in our studio in Seaham, but offer a mobile service if required, please contact us at the studio to get a quote on 0191 5214477
