Yes please, we currently take bookings.

Are the paints safe for my children?

Yes, all paints are washable and non-toxic and very safe for children.

How long do I wait for my items to be ready if I have painted them myself?

They are normally ready approx one week, we will text as soon as your pieces are ready for collection.

If I place an order for personalised ceramics in the studio, how long will I wait for my item/s to be ready?

They are normally ready in one week, we will advise you of the collection date when you place the order.

How can I pay?

We take cash, credit cards in our studio, with the exception of American Express, or we can take payment over the phone, PayPal or bank transfer.

What happens next when I place my personalised ceramic order?

Once your has been received and full payment has cleared, we will hand paint your chosen order, glaze and fire and it and will normally be ready within one week, all items will be posted either via Royal Mail or our courier service depending on size. Please note a signature will be required.

What happens next when I place my silver jewellery order?

Once your order has been received and full payment has cleared, we will send out an ink less kit for you to take a handprint, footprint or paw print, full instructions are in your kit, or a fingerprint kit will be sent depending what item you have ordered.

How long will I wait for my jewellery?

Once we have received your prints back, it normally takes about a week to make your gorgeous silver, and then will be sent out recorded delivery.

How long will I wait for my personalised ceramics?

Do I need to come in to get the 3D castings done?

Yes, we cast at our studio in Seaham Grange, but offer a mobile service if required, please contact us at the studio to get a quote on 0191 5214477.
